ICSharpCode的SharpZipLib最新0.84版本

最近太忙，ICSharpCode出了SharpZipLib最新0.84版本3天了（当地时间2005/8/2），我都没有时间给大家报道。

最新0.84已经相当稳定，最新添加FastZip类，并且允许文档测试：ZipFile！
SharpZipLib的许可是经过修改的GPL，底线是允许用在不开源商业软件中，意思就是免费使用。
